BlueScope Steel is now providing architects and designers with the latest product renders to use in Google Sketchup™ 3D models.
The package includes renders for roofing and walling products made from ZINCALUME® and COLORBOND® steel which can all be downloaded easily and free of charge from BlueScope's own specifier website, www.steelselect.com, and imported into Google Sketchup™. For ease of use, they are available for both Mac and PC versions of the program.
Render files are available for both flat and profiled sections. For profiled sections, each product is scaled to represent nominal product dimensions and colours are represented as accurately as possible*. In addition to ZINCALUME® steel, the package includes the 27 COLORBOND® steel colours for roofing and walling applications. These include the COLORBOND® steel standard range, COLORBOND® Metallic steel and also the newly released COLORBOND® Coolmax® steel in the colour Whitehaven®.
Additional packages are also available for specific roofing and walling profiles from individual rollformers including Lysaght, Stramit, Fielders and Steeline.
